Bradford based Chartered Accountants Watson Buckle have launched their new and improved website with a custom built secure documents exchange module included.
The module requires clients to log into a secure area, where they can then upload or download confidential information such as their accounts, payroll and tax returns. This also facilitates faster exchanges between the firm and their clients.
Chris Padgett, managing partner at Watson Buckle, explains: “We wanted to put our clients in control of the exchange of their own information, but ensure they had complete peace of mind when it comes to the security of that information, which is often of a very sensitive nature. The secure documents exchange module allows us to do just that.”
Designed by WebWatch UK, who created the secure documents exchange module, the new Watson Buckle website also features online resources such as tax calculators and HMRC and Companies House forms in downloadable format. “The Watson Buckle website is an important tool for our existing clients as well as potential clients,” says Chris. “They can find information about the firm, its partners and the services we offer, and also benefit from user-friendly resources without feeling completely bewildered.”
