Ian M Gill, FCCA, ATT

Ian began his accountancy career aged 18 in 1976 with Bradford accountancy firm Charles D Buckle & Co, which subsequently merged with Watson Wood in 2000 to become MGI Watson Buckle LLP.

As a result, he has been working with some of his clients for more than 30 years. Building long-term relationships of this kind is important to him, and he enjoys seeing his clients prosper and knowing that he has contributed to their success by providing proactive, high quality advice and an efficient service.

Ian works with a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, owner-managed businesses, clubs and associations and charities. He is also expert in self-administered pension schemes.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, he is also qualified with the Association of Tax Technicians and is particularly experienced in all aspects of advice relating to owner-managed businesses, including tax planning and mitigation, tax investigations, budgeting, financial forecasting and financial and tax planning through pension schemes.
